From our selection of bars and dining venues, you can enjoy a casual snack by the beach, feast on your own self-styled sandwich creation whilst overlooking the pools and gardens, or experience relaxed, signature dining amongst the coconut palms and stars.
Executive Chef Yngve Muldal’s food philosophy begins at the grassroots by educating the locals on their well-being and encouraging them to grow their own crops – with an idea that we then purchase their home-grown seasonal produce, as well as the catch-of-the-day from the fishermen who come to our jetty. Our established beautiful kitchen gardens produce edible flowers, micro herbs, kale, chia seeds and a vast range of flavoursome local vegetables.
This approach to fresh local produce allows us to create incredible flavours while educating and supporting the locals and their villages. Chef Yngve and his team combine foraging, local ingredients and artisan cooking techniques steeped in the traditions of the classics to create menus that perfectly cater for the wide-ranging palates of our guests.
We also understand the importance of tantalising kids’ taste buds. Fish fingers are created from the freshest of fish, hamburger patties are hand-made without any preservatives and the kitchen bakes craft breads, pastries and pizza bases the healthy way with mouthwatering results.
