PLEASE NOTE: A 2.5% administration fee is payable on all credit and debit card payments for bookings and at the resort. There are no ATM or Cash-Out facilities on the island. If you wish to pay your bill in cash, please ensure you bring this with you.

Rates are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change at any time in relation to implemented Government taxes, levies, currency devaluations/fluctuations, fuel and other surcharges.

ROOM CAPACITIES AND CHILD POLICY

Island, Oceanview and Deluxe Oceanview Bures sleep up to 4 people in any combination with a 5th person also in a Deluxe Oceanview Bure as long as it is an infant (U4yrs) in a port-a-cot. However, there are 4 only Deluxe Oceanview Bures that are capable of taking 5 people when the 5th person is in a rollaway bed at an extra F$180pp per night, ie 2A3C (3rd child/person 3yrs and over) where the 3rd piece of bedding is a single mattress rollaway bed.   See Resort Map for further information – please note bure numbers/locations cannot be guaranteed.

Please note: Our child age is 4 to 12 yrs inclusive.

The Family Bure sleeps a maximum of 7 people.  The Tadra Beach Bures are for adults/couples only and sleep a maximum of 2A.

CHECK-IN is not before 3pm, and CHECK-OUT is no later than 11am. This also strictly applies when splitting room category stays. Please note: we are unable to guarantee bure numbers and/or locations.  We will always do our best with requests for families and groups to be together, but this is not always possible.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that travellers purchase appropriate travel insurance coverage that includes cancellation penalties levied as a result of: a pandemic, adverse weather, airline or other transportation delays, other unforeseen disruptions, cancellations or delays or in the event of illness.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Malolo Island Resort is not a BYO alcohol resort. Malolo is a fully licensed resort and does not accept BYO alcohol unless it is the duty free allowance per adult (which is 2.5ltrs of Spirits or 4.5ltrs of Wine). The duty free allowance can only be consumed in the privacy of bures and is not allowed to be brought into the bars and restaurants. Any alcohol in excess of the duty free allowance per person is strictly prohibited and will be removed and held by Resort Management until departure.
